This review petition has been filed by the petitioner for recalling of the order dated 12.07.2021. The order dated 12.07.2021 was passed in presence of the counsel for the petitioner-corporation who has not disputed the fact of passing similar order.
In my considered view, this review petition has no merit and the same is dismissed.
