S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5599/2019 was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 17.12.2021 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the Registry could not be removed due to Covid-19 pandemic, therefore, he may be allowed some time to remove the defects.
