An application has been filed for correction in the order dated 06.10.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14049/2021.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some typographical error, Khasra Number has wrongly been mentioned as 682/1032 instead of correct Khasra Number as 682/1030. So, necessary correction be made in the order dated 06.10.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14049/2021.
For the reasons and on the grounds as mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the correct Khasra Number 682/1030 may now be read in place of Khasra Number 682/1032 in the order dated 06.10.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14049/2021.
The respondents are directed to look into the representation made by the petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law. The present miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly.
