The matter comes upon an application for reconstitution of the writ petition on the ground that the writ petition has not been listed after 03.11.2016.
But a perusal of the office report shows that the writ petition itself was decided on 01.08.2017 and the same is also annexed today with the application. Therefore, no order is required to be passed on the said application and the same is therefore, dismissed.
