The matter comes upon an application for correction of the typographical error in the order dated 17.08.2022 passed by this Court. In the order, because of a typographical error, the word ‘restrained’ has been typed as ‘retrained’. As the same is a typographical error, it deserves to be corrected.
It is, therefore, directed that the operative portion of the order dated 17.08.2022 be read as under:
“In view of the same, it is hereby directed that the respondents would be restrained from terminating the services of the petitioners till further orders of this Court. Further, the effect and operation of the order dated 26.07.2022 (Annex.-37) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner No.8 Jyoti Saxena.”
The miscellaneous application is disposed of.
