Learned counsel for the applicants-JVVNL- Mr.Bipin Gupta submits that original writ petitioner has been issued lease deed/patta by the Jaipur Development Authority and as such, order passed by this Court need not be recalled.
Accordingly, this Court dismisses the present misc. application filed for recalling the order, in view of subsequent developments taken place.
