This application has been filed by the original respondent No.5 for recalling the order dated 10.01.2022 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15109/2019. In the said petition, the petitioner has taken up cause of illegal encroachments on public land by respondent No.5. We disposed of the petition on 10.01.2022 in the following terms:

“In this public interest petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the official respondents to remove the encroachments on public land bearing Khasra No. 791 and 792 situated at village Chandhan, Tehsil and District Jaisalmer.
The reply of the official respondents is that steps have been initiated against respondent no. 5 for illegal encroachments and order for eviction has already been passed.
Since the official respondents have already taken cognizance of the illegal encroachments and taken steps to have it removed, no further directions are required to be given to the official respondents.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.”
We see no reason to recall this order. All that we have recorded in the said order is that the respondents have taken cognizance of the illegal encroachments and also taken steps for removing the encroachments. We have not given any direction. We have only taken note of the stand of the official respondents and disposed of the petition.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
