In view of the aforesaid and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents in the reply, this Court is not inclined to continue with the present contempt proceedings.

Notices of contempt are hereby discharged

The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.

Needless to observe that if any of the grievance of the petitioner still persists, she will be free to take appropriate proceedings, including revival of the contempt petition.
