Shri Beniwal, learned AAG has filed an additional affidavit of the District Collector, Churu pleading therein that the order dated 07.04.2021 of which contempt is pleaded in this contempt petition, has been stayed by Hon’ble the Supreme Court vide order dated 03.01.2022 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.21211-21215/2021.

In this view of the matter, the instant contempt petition is disposed of for the present leaving the petitioner at liberty to file a fresh one, if so desired, after disposal of the aforesaid SLPs before Hon’ble the Supreme Court. Rule is discharged.
