This Court is informed that the PLPC has passed an order dated 08.07.2022 concluding that no encroachments exist on the land in question and the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
Counsel Shri Jain submits that in view of the above development, the petitioner would be better advised to withdraw the instant writ petition to take suitable remedy against the order passed by the PLPC.
Thus, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
