Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Public Prosecutor on applications for suspension of sentence.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the total sentence awarded to the appellants is of one year. Counsel further submits that the sentences of the appellants have already been suspended by the trial Court for one month.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the applications for suspension of sentence.

Upon a consideration of the arguments advanced on behalf of the appellants and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for suspending the sentences awarded to the accused appellants.

Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence filed under Section 389 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the sentences passed by the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases Sikar (Raj.), vide judgment dated 11.05.2022 in Sessions Case No. 86/2014 against the appellantsapplicants- Bajranglal Son of Shri Pemaram, Ramdevaram Son of

Shri Nandaram, Manaram Son of Shri Ramdevaram, Banshidhar Son of Dungaram, Rameshwar Lal S/o Shri Chandra Ram and Shivbhagwan S/o Shri Chandra Ram, shall remain suspended till final disposal of the aforesaid appeals and they shall be released on bail, provided each of them executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance in this Court on 30.06.2022 and whenever ordered to do so till the disposal of the appeals.
