Dr. Acharya, learned Sr. Counsel, submits that the appellant has already paid significant money against disputed demand of Mandi Tax and is persuing its case for settling the dispute amicably. He prays that the appellant may be allowed to submit a detailed representation to the respondents who in turn, may be required to consider the same objectively.
Shri L.K. Purohit, learned counsel appearing for Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, submits that identical appeals have already been

disposed of by this Court upon being withdrawn. Despite that, if the appellant makes a representation, it shall be considered as per law.
In view of the submissions noted above, the appellant is given liberty to submit a representation to the respondents. Upon such representation being made within next 30 days, the same shall be considered objectively and disposed of by passing a reasoned order within two months of submission.
The instant appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty.
The interlocutory application (No.01/2021) is also disposed
of.
