In Mother India Veterinary College (supra) , based on the statement made by learned AAG, this Court held that no further order can be passed in the case as the basis for claiming relief in the petition is order dated 08/07/2020.
5. In the light of the said fact, the present special appeal is dismissed for the aforesaid reasons. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
