Learned counsel Shri Acharya submits that the petitioner would be better advised to approach Labour Court concerned, seeking redressal of the grievance which has been raised in this litigation filed before the High Court.
Accordingly, it is hereby directed that in case, the appellant herein approaches the Labour Court concerned within four weeks, his claim petition would be entertained and proceeded on merits and will not be dismissed on account of limitation.
