Learned Senior Counsel Shri Anand Purohit, submits that pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 25.05.2022, elections have already been held in the Bar Council of Rajasthan and hence, cause of action does not survive in this appeal.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of as having rendered infructuous by subsequent events.
