Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satya Dev Bhagaur and Ors. Versus The State of Rajasthan passed in Civil Appeal No. 1422/2022 and connected appeals decided on 17.02.2022, affirming the view of the High Court that the policy of the State of Rajasthan to restrict the benefits of bonus marks in different organizations in the State of Rajasthan and to employees, who work under NHM/NRHM in the State of Rajasthan, cannot be said to be arbitrary.
In view of the above, the order passed by the Learned Single Judge is set aside.
Accordingly, the appeals are disposed off.
