The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition of the petitioner for granting promotion against the vacancies of the year 1994-1995 on the ground of gross delay in approaching the High Court. It was noticed that he was superannuated on 30.06.2011 and the writ petition was filed in the year 2017. We further notice that even after dismissal of the writ petition by the learned Single Judge the instant appeal been filed after a gross delay. At all stages the petitioner has exhibited delay in taking recourse to the legal remedies. No case is made out.
