Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition for production of the corpus who happens to be his daughter.

In pursuance of the directions issued by the Court, corpus is produced before the Court.

We have examined the corpus. She has stated that her date of birth is 10.08.2006, meaning thereby, she is a minor. Her wish was ascertained by the Court. She has stated that she is willing to go with her grand father-Jagdish Prasad.

Counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection if the corpus stays with petitioner’s father i.e. Mr. Jagdish Prasad.

We have considered the contentions.

Since, petitioner has no objection to his daughter staying with her grand-father, we deem it proper to dispose of the habeas corpus petition accordingly.

Mr. Arun Kumar Puniya, SHO, (Police Station-Kanota, Jaipur) is directed to take the corpus and leave her with her grand-father i.e. Mr. Jagdish Prasad.

Petitioner is directed not to force the corpus to the marriage against her will.
