Learned AAG Shri Siddiqui has placed on record the compliance report of the directions given by this Court on 09.12.2022.
A perusal of the report indicates that the Investigating Officer concluded investigation of the FIR No.429/2021, P.S. Nokha and submitted a negative final report.
The suspect Ravi Kumar was got released by submitting an application under Section 169 Cr.P.C.. He was freed from the prison on 14.12.2022. Therafter, the suspect proceeded to the Balika Gruh, Bikaner, where the corpus Mst. ‘N’ and her minor daughter Mst. ‘S’ were permitted to proceed with Ravi Kumar to his village Chhinder, District Fatehabad, Haryana.
Apparently the order dated 09.12.2022 has been complied with.
Thus, the file is closed.
