The corpus Shri Hadman Ram has been presented in this court by Mr. Madan Lal, ASI, Police Station Kudi Bhagtasani. He states that he was beaten at the Mahila Thana and thereafter the relatives of his wife Smt. Mohani Devi also tortured him. Thus, he went away from Jodhpur and for the last four months, was staying at Bhilwara, Sawai Madhopur, Himmat Nagar etc. of his own free will and violation.
The corpus is an able bodied major man. Thus, we set him at liberty. He is free to proceed as per his desire.
The habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
