In compliance of order dated 09.02.2022, the corpus is produced before the Court by Mr. Shyam Sunder, SI with Ms Omwati, Mahila Constable 726, PS New Mandi, Hindaun City, Karauli.

The corpus was examined by us. She has stated before the Court that she wants to stay at the place of her choice and she does not wish to go with her husband-respondent No.6.

In view of the fact that the corpus wishes to go to the place of her choice, we deem it proper to dispose of the present habeas corpus petition.

The corpus is free to go to the place of her choice.

We hereby direct Mr. Shyam Sunder, SI with Ms Omwati, Mahila Constable 726 PS New Mandi, Hindaun City, Karauli, to safely escort the corpus.
