Jodhpur. She is a mature lady, aged about 28 years. She states that she is a teacher in a school. When we conferred with her in relation to the averments made in the habeas corpus petition that she has been illegally confined at her parents’ house, she denied the same emphatically and stated that she has no formal relation with the petitioner herein. She is voluntarily residing at her parents’ house. We, therefore, set the corpus at liberty. She is free to proceed as per her desire.
The habeas corpus petition is disposed of. The rule is discharged.
