This Court vide order dated 14.07.2022 and, thereafter, on 18.08.2022 has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance amount to the tune of Rs.3,000/- per month to the corpus and two minor children before 15th of every month.
A report from the District Legal Service Authority, Merta is produced before this Court, wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner has deposited the maintenance amount to the tune of Rs.3,000/- for the months of August, September and October, 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has assured this Court that the maintenance amount will be positively deposited by the petitioner per month in the bank account of the corpus as directed by this Court.
In view of the assurance given by learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
However, the Secretary, DLSA, Merta shall ensure that monthly maintenance amount is deposited by the petitioner in the bank account of the corpus on or before 15th of every month. If, any default is made on the part of the petitioner, the Secretary, DLSA, Merta shall inform the same to this Court immediately.
