27.02.2022 the State Government has revised the Grade Pays w.e.f. 01/07/2013, which were amended vide Notification dated 30,10.2017 and accordingly ACP under financial upgradation Scheme in Rajasthan Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 has been made applicable w.e.f. 01/0702013. Thus, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
