The matter comes up on an application No.3/22 filed by the respondent no.1 seeking disposal of the writ petition as having become infructuous.
Learned Additional Advocate General, inviting attention of this court towards the order dated 16.09.2022, submits that since, the order dated 08.06.2022, impugned in the writ petition, has been withdrawn, the same is rendered infructuous and may be dismissed accordingly.

Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition needs to be allowed and cannot be reckoned as infructuous.

Since, the order dated 08.06.2022 (Annexure-1) placing the petitioner under suspension, under challenge in the writ petition, stands withdrawn by the State Government vide order dated 16.09.2022, nothing survives for consideration of this court in the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
