The present writ petition was filed in the year 1988. A search slip has been issued, but the original file is not traceable as per office report.
Neither any application for listing nor for re-constitution of the file has been filed by either of the counsel.
In view of the above, the writ petition might have become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if any party is aggrieved, he shall be free to move for recalling of the order.
