Although, the matter comes up on interim applications filed by the respective parties; but, this writ petition is being disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties.

“1. The objection/representation filed/to be filed within a week from today, if not already filed by learned counsels for the respective parties to the provisional seniority list dated 25.05.2022 of the post of Superintending Engineers shall be decided by the State Government within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Departmental Promotion Committee for the post of Additional Chief Engineer may be convened after publication of final seniority list of the Superintending Engineers.”

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
