Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issues involved in this writ petition has been considered and decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the matter of Champalal Vyas Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6881/2015 vide order dated 23.07.2018.
Against the said order, State of Rajasthan filed a special appeal as State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Champalal Vyas in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.912/2019 which was also dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur vide order dated 31.07.2019.
