By way of this writ petition, the petition has challenged the order dated 26.06.2020 passed by the respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner was kept under awaiting posting order (APO).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed by the respondent, without assigning any reason as well as the order is in violation of Rule 25-A of RSR.

Learned AAG fairly submits that liberty be given to the respondents for issuance of fresh transfer order.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed

The respondents are at liberty to pass fresh transfer order, if any administrative exigency, so arises and they are directed not to act upon the impugned order dated 26.06.2020.

However, for other reliefs claimed by the petitioner by way of subsequent stay applications, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh writ petition.

All the pending applications stand disposed of.
