Since, all these writ petitions share common facts and common questions of law, they have been heard together and are being decided by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that issue involved in this batch of writ petitions is no more res integra and stands resolved by an order of this Court dated 17.02.2022 passed in case of Dr. Babu Lal Sethi versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.1823/2017 and other connected matters and prays for disposal of the writ petitions in light thereof.

The aforesaid proposition is not disputed by the learned counsels for the respondents.

In view thereof, these writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of direction of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2022 passed in case of Dr. Babu Lal Sethi (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to these writ petitions also.
