This writ petition, which has been filed assailing the legality and validity of the order 30.03.2022 passed by the Board of Revenue Rajasthan, Ajmer in Revision Petition No.3590/2021: Janki Devi & Ors. Vs. Chetan Prakash & Ors, is being disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:-

“(i) the order dated 30.03.2022 is quashed and set aside.

(ii) the Revision Petition No.3590/2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

(iii) The Revenue Appellate Authority, Kota is directed to decide the pending temporary injunction application in Appeal No.132/2021: Surajmal & Ors. Vs. Kanhaiya Lal Golibar, expeditiously.”
