This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to allow this writ petition and may further be pleased: I. To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents, directing them to allow the petitioner to perform her duties at Jaipur (either in Directorate or at Rajasthan Sangeet Sansthan). ii. To direct the respondents to not restrain the petitioner from marking her attendance and either give her posting at Rajasthan Sangeet Sansthan or allow deputation posting.

Iii. To issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction favour of the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit.

iv. To allow the cost of this writ petition in favour of the petitioner.”

This court on 01.06.2020 passed the following order:-

“Issue notice, returnable by 8.7.2020. List this case again on 8.7.2020. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue to perform her duties at Jaipur Sangeet Sansthan.”

Counsel for the petitioner submits that surgery of Gall Bladder of the petitioner has already been fixed on 06.10.2022, thereafter, the petitioner is ready to join her duty at new place of posting i.e. Government College, Bhilwara.

Counsel for the respondents has not opposed the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to join at Government College, Bhilwara on or before 15.10.2022.
