The petitioners in these writ petitions have sought direction from this Court against the respondents for re-conducting the physical efficiency test as well as for summoning the chip and videography of the event.

Since, the relief claimed in these writ petitions is common and pertains to the self same selection process, hence with consent of the parties, these writ petitions have been heard together and are being decided by the present common order.

Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents be directed to re-conduct the physical efficiency test and the chip and the videography of the event be called for.

At the very outset, counsel for the respondents submitted that the self same issue, as aforesaid, has already been examined and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors, reported in 2020 (1) WLC (Raj.) 255 and also by this Court in the matter Jugal Kishor Gurjar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

On perusal of the issue raised by the petitioners as well as the judgments cited above, in my view, the issue raised herein is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments, therefore, no case is made out for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, these writ petitions stand dismissed.
