Civil Writ Petition No.1964/2022 in case of Zabir Khan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters. They submit that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is
