The grievance of the petitioners is that the bus stand at the notified place has not yet been made operational by the authorities. Ordinarily, this Court in such matter would not give directions in exercise of PIL jurisdiction. The petitioners and other aggrieved residents of the locality have to take recourse as per the democratic process. We also notice that there appears to be serious disputes between the members of the family, who earlier owned the land which is notified for the purpose of bus stand.
Counsel for the petitioners stated that those family members wish to divest this property, which would be opposed to the surrendering of the land for the purpose of construction of the bus stand. These are internal disputes with which the public interest petitioners would not be concerned.
The petition is disposed of.
