Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur since 2017, therefore, prayed that the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur to decide the appeal preferably within a period of six months.
