Learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioners submits that in similar writ petitions preferred at Principal seat of this Court at Jodhpur, bearing SB Civil Writ Petition No.19373/2019, interim order has been passed on 17/07/2019 directing for keeping one post of Assistant Agriculture Officer in OBC

category vacant. earned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that interviews are being conducted. Notices have already been issued and reply has been filed only by respondent no.4 while the reply has to be filed by the other respective respondents. The matter requires consideration. List again on 18/10/2019.

In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall be allowed to participate in the interviews being conducted by the RPSC for the post of Assistant Agriculture Officer,
