Since both the writ petitions are based on common facts and the relief prayed for is almost similar, therefore, they are being disposed of by a common order.

Brief facts to be noted in the present writ petitions are that the present petitioner’s father got a building constructed for the school at Sewari, Tehsil Bali, District Pali in the year 1980 and this building was handed over to the Education Department, Government of Rajasthan for running a school. After the School started operating, it was being run in the name of Late Hulasibai Multanmalji Chouhan Govt. Girls Upper Primary School, Sewari, but in the year 1994, the name was changed to Govt. Girls Secondary School, Sewari. Eventually, the School was promoted from Primary to Upper Primary and thereafter, to Secondary and now, the school is imparting education for Senior Secondary also. While the School was in operation, the name of the School also got changed to Mahatama Gandhi English Medium Senior Secondary School.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the School building was donated by the petitioner’s father, therefore, the name of the School should be changed in the name of Late

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since much water has flown during the pendency of these writ petitions, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to file a detailed representation before the respondent No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Govt. of Rajasthan, Bikaner for the redressal of his grievances and the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents and he submits that in the event of the representation being filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by the respondent No.2 expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Govt. of Rajasthan, Bikaner within a period of ten days from today and the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the representation preferred by the petitioner.
