In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Mr. MP Pareek, counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already been re-allotted another shop on 26.11.2017 and, thus, the main cause of action for which the writ petition was preferred i.e. re-allotment of shop, has become infructuous.
The writ petition, thus, is dismissed as having become infructuous.
