The matter comes up for consideration of application (IA Nos.1/22 & 2/22).
The application IA No.1/22 is for early listing of the writ petition, however, the application IA No.2/22 is for withdrawal of the writ petition in view of the development of subsequent events.
It is noticed that the writ petition is filed by the petitioner, however, the aforesaid applications were filed on behalf of petitioner’s power of attorney holder.
The power of attorney holder- Mr. Sandeep Kumar, present in person, has submitted that as the petitioner is residing out of India and she has executed the power of attorney in his favour and, on instructions, he wants to withdraw the writ petition because the plot in question, for restoration of which, this writ petition is filed has already been restored.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to allow the application IA No.2/22 and permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The application IA No.1/22 is also disposed of accordingly.
