The petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 14.11.2022 (Annex.-10), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Banswara to Chariyawad, Pratapgarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondents by way of an

appropriate representation and the respondent-competent authority may be directed to decide the same appropriately and expeditiously.
In case, such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with by the respondent-competent authority appropriately and expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date the representation is made by the petitioner with the respondent-competent authority.
With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
