Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Manoj Kumar
Bhardwaj has filed the present writ petition whereby a limited
prayer has been made which reads as under:-
“(i) By issue of an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby the Registrar Co-operative Societies may kindly be directed to decide the appeal/revision filed by the petitioner on dated 19.06.2019 as early as possible; and (ii) Cost of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioners.”
On perusal of the said prayer a limited query is sought
for by this court whereby Registrar Co-operative Society, Jaipur is directed to decide the appeal/revision filed by the petitioner dated

19.06.2019 against the order dated 28.11.2017 passed by learned Registrar (I), Co-operative Society Jaipur.
Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents Mr. S.S. Raghav, AAG submitted that there is an apparent great delay in filing the appeal/revision against the order dated 28.11.2017 after approximately one and half year. Nevertheless, he submits the he has no objection if the said appeal/revision is directed to be decided expeditiously in accordance with law by the authority concerned.
In the light of said submission, this court directs that the Registrar Co-operative Society, Jaipur may consider the appeal/revison, if any, filed on 19.06.2019 against the impugned order dated 28.11.2017 passed by learned Registrar (I), Cooperative Society, Jaipur as early as possible.
In the light of above directions, the writ petition is disposed of with consent of both the sides.
All pending applications are also disposed of.
