Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present Public Interest Litigation is filed invoking Article 21 of the Constitution of India on account of the fact that there is a disposal

of dirty water from the disposal point from storm water around the abadi of village Jagmalpura (Sikar) from Nawalgarh Road to disposal point at Sikar. The said disposal of dirty and unhygienic water is causing malaria, fever, dengue etc. Inspite of representation dated 28.09.2021 addressed to District Collector, Sikar i.e. respondent No.2, grievances are not addressed and no decision is taken on the representation.

Upon hearing the petitioners’ counsel, scanning the record of the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 28.09.2021 or any other representation made by the petitioner in this regard, if the same is filed within 7 days, from the receipt of Hon’ble High Court’s order and dispose the same within a period of 90 days from the filing of representation and pass necessary orders as deem fit in accordance with law and on consideration of facts of the case.

In the light of above facts, the present Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
