Learned counsels for the respective parties are in agreement and submit that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition is no more res integra and stands resolved by a co-ordinate Bench order of this Court dated 07.01.2022 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.113/2022 in case of Chunnilal & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters and

pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.
In case of Chunnilal & Anr. (supra), this Court directed as under:
“Considering the submissions made by counsel for the parties, in the facts and circumstances, I deem it just and proper to direct the respondent-Nagar Palika to decide the objections submitted by the petitioners pursuance to the notice issued to them, by reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days. However, the parties are directed to maintain the status-quo with regard to the property in disputed as it exists today, till the final decision is taken in the matter by the Nagar Palika. In the event of any adverse decision being taken by the respondent-Nagar Palika, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. It is further directed that the respondent-Nagar Palika shall act upon on their decision after 15 days of its issuance.”
Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 07.01.2022 which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case also.
