This writ petition is filed by the petitioner through her father claiming that pursuant to the competitive examinations held for the purpose of admission in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti, Sri Ganganagar for the Academic Session 2022-23, the petitioner has appeared and successfully cleared the examination and the requisite information was also supplied by the father of the petitioner within time, however, she has not been provided admission and the Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti,

Sriganganagar has orally informed her that since in the documents, wrong block has been shown, admission could not be provided to the petitioner and a query is sent to the Headquarters at Jaipur for clearance and after receiving the answer of the query, the petitioner will be provided admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the new session is going to start from 01.09.2022, however, the matter regarding admission to the petitioner has not been resolved till date.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the material available on record, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti, District Sriganganagar to resolve the matter regarding admission of the petitioner in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti, Sriganganagar within a period of one week from the production of certified copy of this order.

If the petitioner is not granted admission and her application is rejected for any reason, the Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti, District Sriganganagar shall pass a reasoned and speaking order.

With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition is also disposed of.
