By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
Indisputably, against the impugned notice dated 19.07.2019,
the petitioner is having a statutory remedy of filing petition under
(2 of 2)
[CW-11879/2019]
Section 17 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal followed by a right to appeal before the appellate tribunal under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Stay application also stands disposed of.
No order as to costs.
