However, this Court is informed that the Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).837-838/2021: Het Ram Meel Etc. Vs. The State of Rjasthan & Ors. are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court of India wherein, some interim order has been passed. It is requested that while dismissing the writ petitions in view of the judgment of the Division Bench in case of Satveer Chaudhary (supra), it may be made subject to interim order(s)/final order of the Hon’ble Apex Court of India in case of Het Ram Meel Etc. (supra).
