In this public interest petition the petitioner has raised the allegation of respondent No.9 carrying out the illegal mining over and above the Government land. However in the petition and the accompanying documents we find no supporting materials even to prima facie establish these allegations. As a public interest petitioner it is the primary duty of the petitioner to bring out the semblance of evidence to enable the court to take cognizance of the allegations. At this stage we find no such material.
The public interest petition is dismissed.
