Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this writ petition. However, he submits that petitioner has filed a representation with the respondents for removal of encroachment on the land of “ Charagah ” in village Madhorajpura, Tehsil Madhorahpura, District Jaipur, which may be directed to be decided in terms of direction of a Division Bench of this court dated 30.01.2019 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10819/18 titled Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors within a reasonable time period.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, the respondents are expected to take a conscious decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner for removal of encroachment from the land of “ Charagah ” in terms of directions of the Division Bench of this court in the case of Jagdish (Supra) . Before taking any decision, the alleged encroachers shall also be given an opportunity of hearing.
