The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers :-

"i). The respondent No.3 University may kindly be directed to grant consent to the humble petitioner institution for submission of the form before the Pharmacy Council of India for opening of the new Diploma in Pharmacy Course.

ii) The respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to grant approval to the students so admitted by the petitioner institution for the session 2022-23;

ii) the respondent No.3 may kindly be directed to grant approval and affiliation to the petitioner institute to carry out D Pharm Course for academic year 2022-2023 and onwards academic year considering the merits of the petitioner's institute.

iii) the respondents may further be directed to permit the humble petitioner institution to participate in the counseling scheduled to take place or in the alternative, the humble petitioner institution may kindly be permitted to fill up the seats at its own ."

However, learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the present writ petition on merit submits that the Pharmacy Council of India – the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation so filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved from the outcome of the decision of representation, he will be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse available under the law.
